  1. whoa, that’s awesome. i went immediately to the side plank video, since that one just seems as impossible as swallowing a piano. i’m going to try doing it from my knees and see if i can get the old bum/hips up off the ground. thank you! i put the link up above, in case i forget to scroll down, in my dotage. :)
